Hi, how are you? I bought it during the promotion, but it seems only the free assets came to my account; the other resources didn't. It took me a long time to download it. I bought it for US$6.69 65 days ago (33% discount). Was there any change to the files? Will I need to buy it again to get the other enemies? I believe I only have access to the free version of the resources; was there a change? Previously, it seemed to be the complete assets with enemies and full scenery.

My previous file name was SpaceRage_09.04.2025_Deploy.zip

Hi! Damn that's very concerning. Let's figure this out.

I just downloaded the file and everything seems correct...

To confirm:
SpaceRage.24.04.2025_Deploy is the correct file.
Inside you should have folders called "Enemies" and "Enemies_Parts".

The free version is SpaceRage_Outdated_Archive which only contains 4 enemies (although with many animation frames - the mines rotate)(comparing to the 21 ships + all their parts of the paid version).
It's larger because it also contains PSD sources.

Are you able to download all of the archives or only SpaceRage_Outdated?

Oh, and sorry about the download speed. That's not in my control, not sure what's up with that - yesterday the pack has 10x the usual traffic, maybe that's related.

I think something happened, because the SpaceRage.24.04.2025_Deploy file doesn't appear in my purchases.

Thank you for the update.

I have restructured the projects some months ago, I wonder if this messed something up. It really shouldn't though, so just a theory...

Anyway, I've confirmed your purchase and sent you an access key to the files, using the email provided with the purches. Hope it works!

Hello, no problem, I believe we'll resolve this issue, and thank you very much for your attention and help.

Hi, just bought your assets. Look really cool. Will post again when I will finish my first small game :D

Thank you!

I highly encourage to leave a rating (helps others find it) and let me know if you'd like to see changes/updates/extensions.
Have fun and fingers crossed :)

Hi, I have "finished" my first game. It is not much but I am planning to work on it more.

https://alistair-raven.itch.io/planetary-defense-force

Congrats man, not easy to finish & publish :D

As a rule I don't download things from here, but if you ever manage to get it running in the Web Player, let me know!
Again, congrats =)

Hello! Is this 10$-package contains green enemies?

Yes, the package contains all enemies.

The second one contains the same assets plus an example Unity project using these assets.

Happy purchaser of the sprite pack! I'm writing my own game engine, so recreating your demo is a good test. Could I ask where I can get the sfx from? Ty!

I created them myself using an 8bit style audio creator. I think it might have been jsfxr?

Glad you like the pack =)

Finally bought this. The asset is smooth as butter. Matches my game's artstyle very well. Bought it for all the greebling and kit-bash potential.

Very well done!

Thank youuu!! :)

If you have any questions, suggestions or want something added, I added a forum to the Space Rage Prototype project.
https://itch.io/t/4750534/welcome

I wanted to preserve all the nice comments here, so the Prototype acts as a forum now :) Enjoy!

NICE. I've always been a fan of this genre of game (vertically scrolling).

I'm in love with Tyrian to this day :-0

I played that one a lot as a kid <3

Ravenmore. Can you choose the Licenses for your products? People need to know what they are allowed to do with your assets.

Hi!

Thanks for reminding me, I have a 1.0 license file uploaded to this project. Shout if you find any no-no's, unclear paragraphs, anything missing etc.

(+1)

Hi bro! Can I use this asset in an open source project? Specifying that graphics cannot be used before going through here.

(+1)

Unfortunately, I just bought this to find out the license disallows use in open-source. :'(

(+1)

Why I cant buy it? this is cool tho

Im not sure? I do see a buy button that seems to work. What is the exact problem?

(+1)

Im trying to buy it but when I enter my card or even paypal It is giving me an error. Maybe its on itch's end.

Sounds like something on itch's end. 5 years? Best support ever.

I’m going to use this in some educational programming projects, and the turret is a nice surprise that it’s included!

What do I need to do to give you credit? What license is it?

There's now a license file included in the downloads =) You should be good!

太帅了,居然今天才发现。

Hey mate, Firstly, love the work you've put into this asset pack. It's amazing!

Secondly.  Do you know if the XML Atlas is compatible with Phaser3? I've tried loading it into Phaser3 and while the full texture atlas gets loaded, I can't seem to target individual graphics. Do you know if the naming convention int he XML is compatible with Phaser 3? I've tried looking around but haven't been able to find much info on it so though I would try here.

Edit. Or do you reckon you could export a json file for the atlas too instead of just the XML?

Thanks for your great work mate!

I have truly no idea, and currently no modifications are planned. I used a spritesheet generator, I forget the name, there are quite a few out there.

Hey, I really love this pack and wanted to use it to built my first iOS App. Would it be possible to get another color option? (To be more detailed about this: I need also blue Enemy Ships and maybe green player ships)

(+1)

Sure, I'll give it a shot. But it might take a few days :)

(+1)

That's awesome man, thank you very much! :)

(+1)

Hey I wanted to ask you if you came to some progress?

*2 months passed* Not yet! :-O
But I'll do it today after work :D

(+1)

Thank you very much! I really love your work. :)

Done!
Wow...that took a while. Been busy helping to get some RPG materials off the ground:

Still a fantastic pack. New content!

Thanks! =)

I bought this yesterday and it was perfect for a retro space game I am working on. The sprite sheet is easy to use and it's clear what everything is for. The artist was very quick to answer my questions.

<3 I still think about this comment, that's how needy I am.
